Shipping policy

For Australian orders under $200, Standard Shipping is $10.

Express Shipping is also available for a flat rate of $15, however if your order is over $400, Express Shipping is FREE.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timeframe for Express Shipping is the 1-2 working days (depending on your location) and Standard Shipping is 2-8 working days (depending on your location).

For locations outside of metropolitan areas, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for delivery.

Please note: delivery dates supplied are an estimate only and there may be a delay during busy periods such as sales time and Christmas.

Upon shipment, customers will be notified via email with their tracking number. To track your purchase, you can log onto auspost.com.au/track and follow the prompts.
